Current Positions

Land Survey Instrument Operator

Land Survey Instrument Operator, 2 years of experience (LSIT is a plus), knowledge of Leica Robotic Station and related survey equipment, basic knowledge of AutoCAD, and Carlson SurvCE.  A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.  Must be capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs and have the ability to perform physical labor (i.e., strenuous walking, and lifting, catch basin grates/manhole covers, hauling equipment) and physically maneuver around construction sites, including accessing excavations, trenches, structures and other disturbed areas. Candidates that do not meet the specific requirements of this job posting will not be considered.

Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer, 1-4 years of experience. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and passed the Engineer in Training Examination.  Candidates must be familiar with Massachusetts Land Use Statutes and Civil Engineering Practices related to stormwater management, site development and onsite wastewater disposal.  Candidates must be proficient with AutoCAD and HydroCAD SW.  Experience with Carlson SW is preferred.  Candidates that do not meet the specific requirements of this job posting will not be considered.

Land Survey Crew Chief

Land Survey Crew Chief, 4+ years of experience as crew chief or instrument person ready to advance. Perform construction stakeout, boundary, topographic, and utility surveys utilizing total stations, data collectors, GPS. A good understanding of general Legal Principles, surveying practices and surveying standards. LSIT is a plus. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required. Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs. Ability to perform physical labor (i.e., strenuous walking, and lifting, catch basin grates/manhole covers, hauling equipment) and physically maneuver around construction sites, including accessing excavations, trenches, structures and other disturbed areas. Ability to perform survey work in a variety of weather conditions and job site locations. Candidates that do not meet the specific requirements of this job posting will not be considered.
